Anita is a global talent strategy and operations leader with 15+ years of experience building diverse, engaged teams. Her career spans Deloitte Consulting, Goldman Sachs, and nearly a decade at Teach for America. 

Currently, she leads global talent strategy and operations at Zapier, a fully remote automation technology company. She focuses on AI enablement, candidate fraud prevention, and quality of hire. 

Born in Bangalore, India, Anita holds a BA in Economics & International Studies from Ohio Wesleyan University and a Master’s in Public Policy from the National University of Singapore. She lives in Saint Paul, Minnesota, with her family.
